What information do we collect?
Our website does not itself collect any personal data. There is no contact form, no cookies and no tracking on the site.
We only receive information about you when you choose to contact us — for example by email or phone. This may typically include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever you tell us in your enquiry.
Why do we process the information?
We use the information to respond to your enquiry and assess whether and how we can help you. If we agree to work together, we use the information to deliver our advisory services to you.
What is the legal basis?
The processing takes place in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, enter into and perform an agreement with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or because we have a legitimate interest in being able to communicate with businesses and individuals who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long do we keep the information?
If your enquiry does not lead to a collaboration, we normally delete the information no later than 12 months after. If we agree to work together, we retain the information for as long as necessary for the advisory work — and thereafter for as long as required by law, including the Danish Bookkeeping Act's rules on retaining accounting records for 5 years.
Do we share your information with others?
No, unless it is necessary to resolve your specific matter (for example, if you ask us to involve a collaboration partner), or we are required to do so by law.
Cookies
Our website does not use cookies or third-party tools to track your visit.
Your rights
You always have the right to find out what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to our processing of your data. Write to info@operalaw.dk if you wish to exercise your rights.
If you disagree with how we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
